Eggs Leading to Prostate Cancer for Men

Researchers are trying to warn men who eat more than 3 eggs a day, have a higher chance of getting prostate cancer.

A study took place at Harvard university of Public Health. Over the span of 14 years and 27,000 men’s eating habits, the conclusion shows that meats do not have any links towards cancers, but cancer related deaths are men with an egg rich diet.

The damage is most likely cause by the high amount of cholesterol in the eggs.

In a report on their findings, the researchers revealed: ‘Men who consumed 2.5 eggs or more a week had an 81 per cent increased risk of lethal prostate cancer compared to men who consumed less than half an egg a week.’
